Weaving ancient roots into Modern Motherhood
I come from India, a land where community is the heartbeat of every home. In 2023, I gave birth to twins in Germany, and it was my 'village'—my parents and in-laws who flew from India—that made our first year of parenthood easier. Their support taught me that mothers aren't meant to walk this path alone.
In 2024, I became a Holistic Sleep Coach. While I loved the work, I felt a missing piece. Mothers were searching for a 'sleep fix' for babies who are human beings, not robots. I wanted to offer support in a way that felt truly within a mother's control: her own recovery and well-being.
Now, as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula and Perinatal Nutrition Expert, I support new mothers through holistic practices and nervous system regulation. I believe that for a baby to be nurtured, the mother must be held first. This journey is about your recovery, your strength, and your story.
My Belief
Mothers Need to Be Held First
When I began my journey as a sleep coach, I quickly realized that a 'sleep fix' is often a hollow promise. We are nurturing human babies, not programming robots. Real restoration happens when we stop trying to control the uncontrollable and start holding the mother. I believe that true postpartum recovery and long-term health are rooted in a regulated nervous system. By weaving together modern perinatal nutrition and ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, I support new mothers to recover from birth deeply and intentionally, ensuring that they are held just as tenderly as their newborns.
Why my approach
Most postpartum support stops at the basics — a few meals, some rest, an extra pair of hands. What I offer is something deeper.
As an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, Perinatal Nutrition Expert, and Holistic Postpartum Practitioner, I bring a whole body of training to the postpartum window. My work draws on Ayurveda's centuries-old wisdom for healing the postpartum body, alongside modern perinatal and breastfeeding nutrition, hands-on bodywork, and breath and somatic practices.
I understand what a new mother is moving through — physically, emotionally, and nutritionally because I've trained specifically in each of those layers.
When you work with me, you're not getting a single skill set. You're getting someone who can read what your body and your baby actually need, and adjust — whether that's the right foods to support your milk supply, warm-oil massage to release what birth held in your body, or simply knowing how to help you breathe through a hard hour.
That's the difference: not just care,
but informed, whole-mother care
