By utilizing somatic practices and breathwork, I create a space for you to reset.   Whether we meet in Hamburg or through a screen, the focus remains on replenishing your body and calming your mind during the fourth trimester.

Providing Hamburg mothers with authentic in-home care focused on warming Ayurvedic cuisine and womb-revitalizing infusions.   Through Abhyanga oil massage and rhythmic breathwork, I assist you in soothing your nervous system and finding emotional balance as you recover physically from birth.

My digital consultations provide comprehensive nutritional roadmaps and ancient Ayurvedic protocols to support your recovery from any location.   We will collaborate to build a peaceful transition into motherhood, rooted in maternal wellness science and somatic exercises for lasting inner resilience and vitality.

In-person Hamburg support

I come to your home, prepare ayurvedic meals for you along with herbal infusions and teas for your highest recovery and healing. I combine nutrition along with warm oil massages, compress, herbal bath, breathwork exercises so that you also not only feel nourished but also safe and relaxed.

Virtual Consultation & Support

I provide personalised support to mothers who want to use Ayurvedic and holistic practices in their postpartum so they heal and recover ensuring you have a deeply restorative postpartum experience.

Common Queries

What happens during visits?

You decide the focus : nourishing meals or Abhyanga or combination of all. You get to experience rest while I take care of your nutrition needs, make sure you feel relaxed, give you space to just be you. 

What is included in digital care?

A 60 minute consultation with me, recording of that. By end of the consultation you will know exactly what to be prepared with for your utmost recovery post birth. After the consultation, you will get a personalised recipes e-book just curated for you.

Do you travel outside of the city?

In-person postpartum support is available for mothers across Hamburg, generally within a 45-minute travel distance from the Barmbek district center.

How I support you

    Postpartum Home Support

    I will be coming to the client's house to cook for the mother, offer her warm oil massages, guide her with breathwork to ease her anxiety. All of this will be happening in the safety of the new mother's house.

    Postpartum Nutrition

    I combine my knowledge of perinatal nutrition from modern research and ayurvedic nutriton from ancestral wisdom to cook meals for the newborn mother. I offer guidance to the mother to which foods to prioritse for womb healing, recovery, building the milk supply.

  • 03.

    Nervous System Regulation

    Recovery from birth is not just a physical need. The body opens up during the birth and energetically, it means that the mother's nervous system feels unsafe and feels anxious. Breathwork, somatic exercises, affirmations, EFT, warm massages etc helps to feel the mother calm her nervous system down.
